There is no device without flaw, no program without a bug and no code or algorithm that can run flawlessly without constant improvement. Wherever you set your eyes to, it becomes clear to see that the difference between success and failure is the ability to change; to evaluate your weaknesses and improve them.

In order to do this, Legist has added the Help and Support page to the menu bar of the app. In this page, clients can state their issue and be assured that it will reach our developers as soon as they send it.

The Help and Support Page is composed of two main elements. The first one requires the title or general overview of the issue. It is best to keep this short, sweet and straight to the point. Ensure that with this title, someone can provide a somewhat accurate guess of what your issue is. The second element is the explanation box where you can expand on the title of the issue and explain in your own words what is wrong. While only the developers will be privy to your issue, it is best to stick to the problem at hand. Do not place personal information in the Help & Support page; it is there to resolve any technical problems. If you are searching for a more concrete answer, the Chat option is a much better feature.

An Automated Space equipped with a series of behind the scene data collected from over 10 million Lawyer and Client conversations. This is the future I whispered to myself, the ability to answer any question or point people in the right direction.

This could be a trillion-dollar opportunity for companies that could successfully run a database this large. This basically YouTube on steroids. You can post as many questions as possible and receive valuable answers related to prior conversations or court notes related to your question.

Through a series of Machine learning, Artificial intelligence and of course a large enough server to support that space. You can include as much of the 10 million plus conversation as a foundation for the System to learn how to respond to any question. A small team of developers or IT specialist would be left to ensure the system is doing what it is supposed to do.

The entire system is only as good as the customer feels at the end of the interaction. Implementing a system where we gauge how effective the response was in relation to each person’s question. This is where we get to improve the already existing system and fix any potential issues.

Unlike some other categories like veterans or disability, everyone can relate in one form or fashion to issues with housing. In fact, many people have probably faced legal difficulties and are facing it right now. If you are, this could be the ad for you because the Legist app is populated by many questions and answers regarding legal situations for housing. On the other hand, if you don’t have such difficulties, you can still partake of this by signing up for the app and reading the various stories. This will be helpful so that if you ever find yourself in such a situation and there’s a good chance of that happening, you have a base of knowledge to start from.
